The goal of this course is to set the foundation of training, skills, and resources to help real estate professionals succeed in today's marketplace as buyer's representatives. This course is a fundamental resource for understanding the duties that REALTORS owe to clients, customers, the public, and fellow REALTORS as outlined in NAR's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
Earn your Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR). This course is the first step. Updated course includes in depth discussions, on Buyer Presentations, Buyer Agency Contracts, Discussing Commissions, and everything you need to be an outstanding Buyer's Representative.
Special 1 Hour NJ Fair Housing course is included, when this is complete you will earn all CE credits for the current 2023-2025 cycle.
